1998年开始向美国塞班28个制衣厂、宾馆、商场等外派劳务人员，平均每年派出1000多名，二十多年来，坚持以人为本，科学管理，精诚管理，精诚合作，为我国境外就业，创汇和劳务人员所在地社会经济发展作出了积极贡献。
我公司于1986年在美国塞班组建JCC公司，1988年组建J＆S公司，1995年组建UGDI公司等三家公司，现拥有海兰，寰宇两栋商业组合大楼，从事建筑、旅游、商务服务等业务；经营百货食品超市，金银首饰等，承建两栋商务大楼，拥有两块商业用地，为三个公司发展奠定了基础
Since 1998, we have been sending over 1000 contract workers to 28cloth making factories, hotels and shopping centres to Saiban USA every year .During the 20 years , we have been paying attention to personnels. Sciectific management and sincerity cooperations. So,we did a lot positive contributions to abord employment , foreign currency earning and local social economy development of the contract workers in this period .
In 1986 ,we had JCC company integrated in Saiban USA ,J﹠S company established in 1988 and UGDL company build up in 1995 . Now our group has two comprehensive commercial buildings ,Hailan and Huanyu ,which business is referred to construction ,travel and commercial services :Our businees scope range from food supermarket to silver and gold jewelry ,we have two business buildings under construction ,two pieces of land for commercial use . All the above mentioned set up good foundation for the development of the three companies.
